real world connection!

there's a song by Relient K that made me think of this book.. or maybe they were thinking of this book when they wrote it!?

oh, and here's a snippet of the lyrics:

    That sounds like something that Holden would actually say because he is never concerned about anything and could careless about anyone else. I agree that maybe the lyrics were inspired by the book maybe!!!
